This seems implausible.

I think Republicans are going to go to town on this. This attack feeds the narrative that progressives are radical and dangerous and full of hate. I would expect going forward that everyone that participated in the pro-Palestine protests will be put on a terrorism watch list. I suspect any protester that is not a US citizen will be deported. And I expect Trump to continue attacking universities as incubators of hate and anti-semitism. I think this murder very much helps Republicans and hurts the left. It makes progressives seem unhinged and fanatical.

This feeds into the goals of those who support project Esther.

Most of the hardcore Palestine supporters sat out. A bunch of DNC congressmen still get a ton in AIPAC donations so they aren’t as pro Palestine as people like to think.

If he's actually a PSL guy, he probably sits out or votes for fringe candidates in most elections.

It’s the Disinformation age. People will just say whatever they want now to fit whatever narrative they want and people will roll with it. There isn’t even a whole lot of details about the crime yet and people are creating narratives about it.

I am starting to think that social media will be the downfall of mankind.

Overexposure to extreme views. The vast majority of people are actually quite moderate and Normal when you speak to them. Go on the internet and you would think everyone was an extremist.

No, there were murdered by Elias Rodriguez of Chicago, IL. Just like 6 year old Wadea al-Fayoume was murdered by Joseph Czuba of Plainfield Township, IL.

You do realize all the actions you talk about will continue to further divide the country and push less people to like Israel. You do realize it will cause further splitting amongst Jewish people many of whom have already stated that don’t like what is happening to Palestinians and want Netanyahu gone. People are already talking about ending aide to Israel.

Please consider the possibility that however undiplomatic and unpalatable he may be, Trump is right that our universities have become incubators of anti-semitism and anti-america hate. I posted this link earlier, but take 13 min to listen Yuri Bezmenov explain how ideological subversion/active measures are weaponized to destroy cultures/countries. The univerisities play a critical role but the strategy is the metaphorical frog being boiled alive--the process is so slow that you don't see it coming. He was a high level KGB defector who tried to warn us.

Palestinian terrorism started with the 1929 Hebron massacre of Jews. Before your pretend 'genocide'.

Both Czuba and Jason J. Eaton are not Jewish.

But this isn’t new? Campuses have always had protests and at least from what I have experienced it isn’t the actual university staff pushing it.

Those aren’t the people killed last night. WTH are you talking about?

I am absolutely sure the media here will be preoccupied with this story of two dying much more than that of the thousand or so that have been killed in Gaza over the past week.

Agree 100%! The "us" vs "them" mentality is a political agenda utilized to create divisiveness and hatred for the other side. A very divided electorate in a two party political system helps to preserve and maintain the power of the entities in control the two parties. Social media and cable news are popular and effective tools of this political agenda

You don't understand how easy Trump has it. He can pick any 70/30, 80/20, 90/10 issue right now and the Democrats will just yell at him by reflex.

Sure, but I don't think people are going to vote Republican in large numbers because of how people do or don't react to one murder in D.C.

Odds are the majority of our democrat members of congress are going to say their condolences and move on. Honestly it’s best to ignore the extremists constituents they are never satisfied.
