I don't see evidence that they are currently in prison,. Looks like they were held for 10 days in a small cell and are now free. They're not allowed to return to the states until the case occurs, but they are not in prison.

But you’d have to put up with the Dutch lecturing you as if they are morally perfect and omniscient - even in Dutch jails I would suspect (after living there for years).

Netherlands has gone hard right in recent years thanks to Putin’s cynical weaponization of illegal immigrants especially from Syria.

I’m outraged that people of Italian, German and Eastern European descent are allowed to live here. My family has lived here since the 18th century. I hope Trump wises up and sends all of you arrivistes back where you came from. The only people who deserve citizenship are descendants of the Founding Fathers or the Mayflower.
