I prefer schools to be open and my kids to be bleeding in a ditch where their bus slid off the road. I am a totally sane parent who does not hate his children and I should be taken very seriously.

This reminds me of the time about ten years ago when they didn't shut down. The elementary bus pulled up at our corner (down a slow hill) and 15 seconds later a car turned onto the street behind it, started skidding about halfway down and slammed into the back of the bus.

I think I remember the same event; APS didn’t cancel and I slid onto someone’s yard driving my walker to school.
