OMG. I feel like this is the type of conversation I would have with my son.

Me: So, what did you think?
Him: Nah.
Me: Anything in particular?
Him: kids are too tall.

I love these ones! Mine wasn’t nearly funny, but a school was ruled out due to excessive red brick.

Mine rejected Stanford *after getting accepted* because we she thought it would be “annoying” to ride a bike around campus.

Talking to black students at the college afterwards, this was “not uncommon.”

I find this hard to believe.

Then don’t believe.

I don't.

Someone's a major a$$hole.

Sandusky scandal = agree on Penn State. Frankly, it's the only college I have a negative association with. DC can apply anywhere else but there.

Hobart -- school has an attitude

Grand Canyon - degree is worth less than zero and not cheap

Stockton State / High Point - not real schools

Duke - obnoxious

Northeastern - you haven't changed much but you're fooling the public for 90K / year

Penn State Nursing - my daughter got admitted to much better programs so there!

Hillsdale - you should be scared.

My daughter left the Amherst tour and declared “the vibes were off.” And that was that.

Ole Miss...ugh. And LSU is the Ole Miss of Louisiana. So obnoxious. Just watch a football game. LSU fans are throwing water bottles at their own cheerleaders.

Honestly any place that parents get too obsessed with and want their kids to think of as a ‘dream school’. It’s college, it’s not supposed to be the end all be all

Yes! DH went there and is so proud of the terminology. So pretentious! He also didn’t think other schools had honor codes because UVA makes such a big deal out of theirs.
