Waahhh. |
Why are we talking about buses on the weekend?
If there are some events involving buses at specific tricky sites on the weekend (seems doubtful but maybe) then cancel those things on a case by case basis. You know, problem solve. Like all the rest of us are expected to do at our jobs. |
Buses are used for school sporting events, duh. |
Not rec games. You get driven in a car. |
Think a little bit broader than your kids silly fourth grade rec basketball game. We’re talking about high school sports. Yes there are HS sporting events on weekends! |
The pools are open at all three high schools right now. They could figure out how to get a few busses in and out. |
The example where buses couldn’t possibly make it through was Science Focus. That is a rec basketball site.
The only place with sports with buses coming in and out on a weekend is a high school and all three high schools are off main roads with non treacherous entrances. The excuses people are giving are fake news. Some people seem desperate to excuse the bad call from APS. It was a bad call. Whatever. Move on. |
You are condescending and also illogical. Buses would have no issue getting in and out of any of the high schools today. |
Name the school holding an event today that requires a bus and is tricky to get in and out of. |
someone asked why the buses were part of the equation, and I simply explained that there are buses for high school sports. Elementary school parents who are worried about the rec basketball games do need to think broader than themselves. |
None they are all cancelled! |
Your point was dumb the buses wouldn’t be a problem at the high schools after an event like this. |
Get real. You called the rec basketball games silly. You didn’t simply explain anything. |
There's more than one person posting here. I wasn't the one who said buses were sliding at Science Focus. I answered why buses would be an issue on a weekend. |
It’s one weekend. There were events last weekend and there will be events next weekend. It’s one weekend. It’s like your kid got the flu. Enough hand-wringing. |
