Makes sense why peeps on here want to buy in west springfield for the school but I've seen old fixer uppers in other springfield areas with a high immigrants pop sell within days

Woodson used to be great, until the county approved affordable housing that drove the hispanic % up. it’s not only about the ratings, although they have been declining, but some schools with good ratings like west springfield are also undesirable. there’s some legacy that comes with each school.
