And there is no need for the Midwest snow removal infrastructure to exist in the DMV, where we get a shut down snowstorm only every few years. It snows frequently enough and we know it causes major problems with even a moderate amount of snow - look at the I-95 backup. I can't stand that people around here just throw up their hands and say "It's the mid-Atlantic, we're terrible at handling snow".

Ok. How much will that cost? Gotta know how much to raise taxes to cover this.
