I disconnected my direct deposit

Anonymous
I am 32 weeks pregnant. I have a 3 year old. I hate my demanding job. My not high earning husband is about to start a year sabbatical, and I will have 5 months fully paid leave plus bonus. We have 2 years of living expenses in liquid savings.

So I disconnected my direct deposit and I am quiet quitting at work until whenever I get pushed out for prioritizing being a mother and self care.

My husband can use his sabbatical to figure out how to improve his income to cover our full living expenses because I am done subsidizing his hobby job.

Thanks for listening and go ahead and flame away.

Why would you get pregnant with this guy a second time? You know what he is by now, makes no sense. Poor kids.

Because I wanted another baby, being a mother is the joy of my life. My kids will be very well loved no matter what happens.

I do not undertand disconnecting your direct deposit. They will mail you a check? What does that change?

This reads like a troll.

You should downsize your house and other expenses now. Your dh's hobby job salary will have to support you all for a long time, apparently. Good luck.

And what happens when he doesn't step up? And you get fired? You two are too stupid to be raising children.

I offered to move back into a rental house we own to lower our expenses. He declined.
