If you’re on a semaglutide what is your exercise routine?

I’ll start, 30m weights 3 days a week. 4 mile walk/jog 5 days a week and 1 hour pilates daily.

Same as before. Weights 60 min 5 times a week. Peloton 45 min 3-4 times a week.

Not sure wha the point of this thread is. Why does it matter if you’re on a semaglutide? Exercise is exercise.

Because people are obsessed with semaglutides

Weights 1 hour, twice a week. Daily walks. That’s it for me

Well I started one after my exercise routine wasn’t helping, was tracking my macros religiously (also counting calories) and nothing was working. I literally have tried everything else and as a last resort I tried a semaglutide. It has been working. But it doesn’t change my exercise routine.

Pilates 3x a week, zumba 2x a week, weight training 1x a week

OP, you are obsessed with exercising. It seems to dominate your life.

OP are you the poster who talked about how much exercise you were doing but you weren’t losing weight? If so you are exercising more than enough.

I alternate walking/running every day and do strength training on running days. But that’s only about 45 mins total. In summer I kayak/SUP, play pickleball, and do other activities a few times a week. I ski about 20 days a winter. Basically I just try to stay active.

Do you live in the DMV? Where do you SUP/kayak?

Not OP. I work out 1 1/2 hours every day. I'm not obsessed. I love to work out. My dad jogged until he was 91. It's in my blood. I feel great. After menopause (I'm 55), I've had a harder time staying slim even though I eat really well. Started Mounjaro. It's helped a lot. I only had about 15 pounds to lose. I'm down 10. I'm also prediabetic and have to keep my weight down. I'm a size 6 but my numbers don't decrease until I'm about a size 4.

Also same as before - 40 min walk am, 30 min walk pm every day. Workout either by spin or barre class 3-4x a week.
