Hamlets phase 2 is supposed to start selling in mid to late summer so we'll see!

Check your plot plan…ours has the finished basement option listed and next to it “raise foundation wall 1’”. It also mentioned it on the “My Toll Home” webpage. Maybe they made height uniform now, but it wasn’t the case when we purchased.

That was a good site that went over all the options. Shame they took it away…now there is no easy way to see what every option includes…was nice to see the model numbers etc of what you get.

Last I heard was mid-July and that they will only release a few at a time like they’re doing with the Windmills. The next phase of Hamlets will be on the other side of the neighborhood, the block directly behind the Orchard model home.

We attended the open house last weekend where they let us tour the other Hamlet models that are going up…they looked very nice, but there were a lot of people interested. The new phase will be in a few months

What are people doing for fireplace? We did not select an upgrade as we had no clue the ones in the model houses are all $16K+ upgrades and structural. In design studio they showed us the standard one and it is old style. We are so disappointed as we can no longer upgrade. Wondering if anyone else got the standard one, if so what are options to make it look a bit modern? maybe put the tiles behind as in the models homes? thanks

We took the standard fireplace and plan to remove the mantle and replace with white marble porcelain slab for a contemporary high end look.
