Warren is too old.

Too. Old.

Oh please. She's the type that will still be going strong at 90. She looks and behaves 20 years younger than Biden.

I don't think anyone believed Sander was as healthy and energetic as Warren. And despite that, he recovered very well.

No one is saying she won’t survive four years, but she’s too old to be on a ticket with someone else who’s old.

What’s fun is you, hopping on every few posts to swear it’s Klobuchar, and the other pp who hops on less often to say that for sure it’s Warren.

(Of those two, clearly Warren would be the better choice. But no one outside the campaign knows yet, and I’m not even sure they’ve decided.)

Is either the poster who says HRC will be the VP

Both Warren and Klobuchar are plausible candidates. No one but GOP trolls likes to bring up Clinton because they’re just that childish.

I don't think Warren would want to be VP.
I REALLY WANT A MINORITY WOMAN. There are plenty of competent candidates!
So please, not Klobuchar. Nothing against her in terms of competence (although I don't like her voice at all), but... it's just more of the same.

I disagree with this kind of thinking.

You think we need to be race-blind? I agree that in an ideal world, we should be.

But we have a racially-prejudiced President, and racial upheavals - Black Lives Matter, White Supremacy protests, anti-Mexican and anti-Chinese sentiments - in the country. This is a very racially-discriminating world we live in. We MUST elect minorities and women to the higher reaches of power, and if two candidates are equally competent, I would hope Biden does the right thing and chooses a minority woman.

Agree, but we've never had a woman succeed on the ticket. We've had a black president, time for a woman, and it should be the strongest candidate possible. The most qualified woman is Warren, who polls very high with the AA community. Let Harris, Demings, and Abrams get more experience and come back in 2024 or 28. With more experience, they can make a great case then. I could definitely see Biden-Warren 2020 and Warren-Harris 2024.

Warren-Harris was my 2020 dream ticket. I sure hope he picks Warren.

Give me a break, she has an average build. What is it about Whitmer that seems to trigger viciousness in some women?

Me, too. In terms of competence, it's not really a question.
