No, it shows that Rice wrote a last second CYA email (15 days after the actual meeting) to make it look like they wanted everything "by the book". Unfortunately, for them, everything was not "by the book".

Yates did not know about it until the meeting. That is NOT "by the book."

Yup. That seems pretty fast.

Neither was the way Comey decided to have agents go to the WH to interview Flynn. He admitted that to the world.

I think what we are slowly uncovering was that none of this was "by the book." It was referenced in Rice's email twice - both times in quotes. There is a reason for that.

As fast as it is, the Flynn team wants it dispensed of sooner, after slow-footing this for 2 years.

This is a 30 day jail term and he is fighting it like a life sentence.

So strange.

Even Catherine Herridge is laying out the evidence that DOJ lied when they claimed in their motion to dismiss that his contacts were "routine."

Because Comey said it? Please.

Catherine Herridge is reporting. She is simply stating what was in the redacted portion of Rice's email.

Rice needs to be asked about why she wrote this email when she did.

And, Comey needs to answer to his comments. I think these things will happen. Maybe not publicly, but they will be questioned if they haven't been already.

When you are innocent, any sentence is too long.

Once more: The phone calls were recorded. They knew what was in them. Obama did not like Flynn because Flynn did not agree with him. He fired him, that was his right. It was not his right to set him up and spy on him.

Great! et's hear the recordings.

And Obama didn't like him because he suborned the chain of command and went rogue without proper financial disclosures. Hence why he filed his FARA years after the fact.

He told Obama that Islamic terrorism was still a serious problem even though Osama was dead. Obama did not want to hear that.

The recordings are irrelevant.

The original 302 is relevant. That is what we need to see.

The judge said it's not. Sorry.

If you actually cared about this case, you would have read the opinion from December. You don't care about the law, though, or facts. Just winning and trolling the libs.
