Imagine being too dumb to understand that in a discussion forum, people discuss things.

VLC is fine to talk about but what about Yorktown HS?

Naw, bro. It's just you complaining over and over about the same damn thing. There is no discussing. Just you blabbing and folks asking you to stop.

VLC had a great 2018 team. Since then it's been downhill. Those dudes aren't hungry or ruthless enough. ML is maintaining market share and maybe even increased it with the demise of BW. DCE and NL across the river are starting to attract NOVA kids who would have gone to VLC but see that the MD clubs are gaining steam while VLC is standing in place and in so doing losing ground.

Fair observations, but that may be changing. MadLax has its own issues in the 2025 to 2027 classes. If VLC does not have pickups on all three teams, it will be a missed opportunity. Let's see what happens.

VLC just pushed out on social media that one of their 2021s just made All American for his HS squad, and he apparently helps coach the 2026s.

What are the issues with the ML 2025-2027 teams?

Stop complaining about people expressing opinions or sharing facts. You can stop reading or commenting. See how this works?

VLC 2026 played several 2025s in their appearance at North American Lacrosses tournament in NJ two weeks ago. This was not in a B tournament but an elite tournament. Was VLC caught and punished? No. Ok VLC Dads and Moms why did your team cheat?

Fake news. My son is on this team and I didn’t see anything like this. You may want to check your sources again.

No one talks about them but Top Caliber at 25 team seems to be quietly doing well. Showing much better than VLC at least.

They are a solid Nova option. Coaches there have done much better with those guys and I know a lot of family's left TC for VLC over the years. Not sure why.

No, it is true. VLC asked a number of 25 players to play for 26, and some actually did sub in relatively briefly. Didn't really help though, Tigers still smoked VLC 10-0 and VLC was 1-4 in the tournament.

When you're a parent in this situation, there's not much you can do if the coaches decide to do something wrong. You can refuse to let your kid do the wrong thing, but it's still going to happen.

My son is on the 2026 team and I did not see any 2025's playing. I presume the prior post is from the 2025 anti VLC Dad. Please find a new hobby sir!

The only time I have seen VLC do this is the upper HS levels to showcase. All teams do this. The other teams don’t care but if it provides a chance to get a player seen by colleges. They would never to win a youth tournament. They would use a 27 if a player was needed
