Dad coaching, no development, horrible tournament selection and inconsistent field space. Oh and expensive for what you get

Tournament selection is a reflection of the skill level of the team. You can’t go the top tournament and get blown out by every team, that becomes a problem for both the club and tournament organizers. VLC can get in to whatever club they want.
