We're in the last season and all four of us are haaaaatttteeee watching now.
I think Christopher is taking first place for the worst and April's mother (played by Sherilyn Fenn) is a close second. God, these people. |
Rory. |
Agree, Christopher and anyone involved with the April storyline. |
Lorelei, she reminds me too much of my own mother. It’s cute and funny on television, not so much in reality. |
I’ll be positive. I like Emily and Paris the best. |
Rachel and then that other woman Luke married. I'm not a huge fan of Zach, who got more annoying the more lines he got. Also not a fan of Cesar with long hair. Max is the worst. But like everyone else, mostly. |
April.
|
Rory. A complete waste of smarts and privilege. |
This is the only correct answer. Rory has her moments, too. But April. |
Oh god they are all terrible but Lorelai and Rory together are the absolute worst. In the early seasons, Lorelai is much worse and Rory feels like an unfortunate victim of her mom's raging personality disorder. But once Rory gets to college, it becomes very apparent that she's just going to follow in her mom's footsteps instead of learning anything from her.
The only person I don't hate is Richard. Everyone else is varying degrees of terrible. Even when you want to like a character like Laine, it is unavoidable that they participate in this collective delusion that Lorelai and Rory are irresistibly lovable and thus are enablers and I can't like them. |
Add Lane! Love Lane and her storyline. Her mother isn't half bad either. |
All of them. The whole show. |
All of Rory's love interests were awful. All of them. I don't get how that was possible but they were all uniquely terrible in their own way. |
21:09 here and yes, Paris does wind up being a great character, I forgot I liked her. Emily I like as a character on my television screen, but as an idea on the show I can't get behind her because it's primarily her WASPy, emotionally repressed parenting that produces Lorelai, and ugh. Lorelai sucks but there are definitely times in the show where I'm like, "well yeah her mom was really not great, I kind of see how this happens." But as a character with good lines and who is thankfully not "a kook" like 95% of the other characters on the show, I'm okay with her. |
Christopher
Emily and Richard Logan And Rory by the last two seasons and the reboot. |
