Some cretin in Falls Church was arrested for purposely stabbing someone's 14 year old dog while the dog owner was out for a walk with her.
Randomly and unprovoked. I'd be in jail if this happened to me. |

This isn't his first either. This is the same guy or at least he has the same name as the guy that Falls Church police put out an alert for for the dog stabbing. He has a crazy rap sheet and sounds mentally ill.
