They are good examples of how the right makeup, hairstyles, plastic surgery, clothes, money, and right diet/trainers/spa, will make most people look good. Without all of that's they would not stand out Even with all of that's they both have ugly pointy noses and Uganda's boob job makes her look too top heavy in dresses.

I'd say Paris is an unattractive/unique looking woman who, through a combination of surgery and styling, has made herself look "hot" and "expensive".

When I think of a beautiful blonde woman, I think of January Jones, Kim Basinger or Sharon Stone.
