So random- I am banned from ordering online from American Eagle?

My daughter wanted some new bras from Aerie and they had stuff on sale so I placed an order. First I got a confirmation for the order and then I got an email from American Eagle saying due to "security concerns" my order has been cancelled and I would not be charged.
So I tried again with a different card and got the same thing. So I called customer service who were really unhelpful but they tried to put it through and were also denied. They said they would escalate to order processing and someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Today, I got an email from them saying- "Thank you for contacting American Eagle. Unfortunately, your order was unable to be processed and was cancelled by our verification system. Our verification systems are in place with the safety of our customers in mind and we are unable to provide specifics on these processes." so their verification system must stink because I actually work in cyber and truly was just trying to purchase clothing for my teenager but they think I am some sort of crimlnal. Oh well American Eagle. So now where do I get bras for a teenager?? |

| I’m inexplicably banned from ordering online from Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters and Free People. (I think they’re all owned by the same company.) it’s the same thing, though. The order goes through initially, but it gets cancelled afterward. |

NP. This is strange! I ordered from Urban and it went through, but I never received it. When I went to check on my order (I called), they told me it was declined. This happened 2x. I have no idea why. Strangest thing. |

I got a demand to pay with PayPal instead when I ordered 4 tiny slip dresses, candidates for HoCo, from Lulu’s. They didn’t like that the billing address was different from the shipping address. So I cancelled the order and made two orders for two dresses each on a card with matched billing address.
Maybe I’ll be banned after I return 3 to 4 of them? |

I am forever banned from Enterprise rental car. I was working on project where between gas and parking it didn't make sense to take my SUV so I rented a standard sedan. I didn't know how long the project would take and they said they would just renew weekly. I got a call one day, asking if I lnew how much longer I would need the car. l said about two weeks. They asked if they could just go ahead and charge me for those two weeks and I agreed. Two days later I get a call from a guy who asked if I was in possession of an Enterprise rental car. I stated I was. He asked where I was I told him the town and he told me to pull into the closest parking lot and tell him the address. He then went on to tell me because I had the car for so long, (about 7 weeks) that the car had been reported stolen.
I had prepaid for another two weeks, spoken to someone two days prior, and I was "stealiing" a car. To top all off I had to pay a $150 uber ride home. Didn't know I was banned until I went to pick up car while on vacation and they stated they couldn't rent me the car. I couldn't even put it on my card and have my wife as primary driver. |
