Haven't been following the 2nd trial. 24 mph seems to be really fast while driving in reverse. I'm skeptical how anyone could calculate with any precision how fast you would need to be traveling to break a tail light.

Repeat the experiment multiple times at different speeds. Record the results. Perform statistical analysis.

His arm had no broken bones. None. No fractures. No hairline fractures. That is just not possible

That is just not true.

There is a wide range of possibility given variables that are unknown to us. People have accidents all the time that should have caused them more injury than they sustained but if the angles are just right, they escape serious injury.

The undisputed digital evidence puts Karen's Lexus reversing into John's last position in a time frame that is pretty much ironclad if you listened to the experts and not the ridiculous FKR theories.

The tail light is EMBEDDED IN JOHN'S SHIRT.

She knocked him down, his skull shattered on the ground and because she left him there, he DIED. That's malice murder 2nd degree in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

How do we know that John didn't buy a shirt with a taillight in it? /s

The tail light was also still on her car at that time.

Karen who said to no less than 8 people "i hit him"
Karen who pulled glass out of johns nose.
Karen how called him over 60 times that night.
Karen who drove 70 feet driving backwards at 25 mph and has a smashed taillight.
Karen who called her parents 3 times in the middle of the night that night but no other night.
John would be alive if he was never with karen that night. There is no doubt here at all. Shes a murderer. Full stop.

I woukd say voluntary manslaughter, were this all provable.

What happened to theory/evidence that the tail light wasn't broken until after the accident?

Does John have skull fractures consistent with hitting the ground hard?

You would have to believe that he landed head first on cement. No other part of his body was injured except for what an expert said were dog bites. And if that’s the case, where was the blood? Oh, that’s right, the police did a shoddy investigation and they never found any.

This is all crazy and everyone there that night is unprofessional, unethical, and dumb. But one thing is for sure: none of the evidence proves what happened. Just more theories.

Why does John have strike marks on his face?

Are you proposing he fell directly on his head and no other injuries to bones? Where does the gouge in the back of his head come from?

I think he and the homeowner got into a fistfight and their dog attacked him. I think all of his injuries happened inside the house.

Ditto. Something happened inside that house that night that no one will discuss. That’s why they tossed phones, destroyed SIM cards, rehomed dogs, ‘butt dialed’ each other that night- probably a cop signal to move to radio- remodeled and then moved out of a family home, stayed in the house as a cop lay dead outside, didn’t show up at a funeral for a cop, deleted neighbor video, reversed video from the cop car stall, and sent text messages the next day ‘do you know what’s going on?’ ‘Let’s talk about this off line’.

And of course googled
‘Hos long to die in the cold’

They got very lucky that Karen is a drunk and doesn’t remember much

Cool. Sounds like I could do that in my backyard.

Could be as simple as that. Pushing and showing and then They told him to get the hell out of there and then he fell in the yard and died. Safer to say he never came in. Easy story to get straight.

That's not what the experts testified to.
