Where was the SWAT team while the children were getting slaughtered for an hour, and how come they never showed up?

Councilman Chief Pete's nuts are surely tanned. Pretty sure that was not the problem.

On the other hand. Doors were broken and did not lock. Radios did not work. For all the money spent on SWAT and school police department it would have been a lot more effective to hire a maintenance chief instead. The boring stuff got ignored in favor of big guns and cosplay which did nothing. What they needed was a screwdriver and some WD40.

We don't need school resource officers. We need school maintenance officers.

So who exactly gave Ramos all the thousands of dollars to buy his guns, ammo, body armor, etc? And no, Ramos did not have a credit card three days after he turned 18.

Kicks the rock out…..

I don’t understand what point you’re making.

There should never have been a rock.

The doors at my school don’t need a rock to stay open. There’s a mechanism that holds them open, for example at dismissal or a fire drill. Or if we are loading or unloading our cars for a party, or to bring in supplies for a presentation, or to load boxes into our carts at the end of the year. This is a totally normal thing to hold the door open while bringing things in and out of the school. I guarantee it happens at thousands and thousands of schools every day. The problem isn’t a rock and the problem isn’t popping a door open.

The problem is guns.

"Who exactly gave...?"

Where's the conspiracy? He was working fast food and living with his grandma with no expenses. He bragged about saving money to buy the guns and quit his job the minute he got enough to buy them.
Please try to keep up and not look so stupid.

Exactly. Fix this door, and there are 130,000 more doors that need fixing. Instead we need to fix the problem at its source. We need to better control who we allow to have guns. We need more accountability and better capabilities for keeping track of who has the guns. Period.

DH and I finally finished season 2 of The Boys. The PSA about what to do if a supervillain shows up at your school made me think about all these people saying it’s the door’s fault or arm teachers.

This has already been discussed. He received easy loans from a company that specializes I giving loans for this crap because of fReEdUmm. Daniel Defense. Google it.

Ramos was also really motivated and saved a lot of money from part time jobs so he could made the intial purchase and then get a loan he never planned to pay back from Daniel Defense.

Well, well, well... So you're saying school shooters don't have a right to lay-away plans in order to purchase the assault rifle of their dreams? Really, liberal?

Mass shooters are Americans and they have rights to any assault rifle they want. Mind you're own business.
