Curious Case of Natalia Grace is insane!!

Family does a dodgy adoption of a Ukrainian 6 year old with dwarfism. Turns out she is an adult who tries to kill them or maybe not.

Got sucked into this and it is just completely BONKERS! I’ve watched 3 hours of it and I still don’t know what’s going on. Literally every person involved in this story is insane!

I haven't watched all of it but so far I'm inclined to mostly believe the parents. 6 years old with full public hair and a period? However, I don't think she's as old ss they claimed. Maybe young teenager at the time?

I think she was older than 6 but not an adult. You can tell from her face shape that she is now a full adult but then, she could easily have been 12 or 13 and going through some bad teen stuff.

My DD had full hair by 9 and period around 10th bday, and it was in the range of normal according to ped. Lying by 3-4 years seems quite likely.

The story is insane! I wish they wouldn't have breezed over what happened to their marriage does it have to do with Natalia? I needed more details. It should have been a nope as soon as they saw the pubic hair!

I was with the parents initially and pushed aside my misgivings about the dad but it just gets more twisted and crazier as it goes on. I don’t understand why they kept her when she was supposedly trying to kill them? I really don’t understand the lack of involvement of the child welfare system. I literally cannot wrap my head around how it all went down. I think the final episode is tonight. I also wonder about that “hidden mic” moment. Felt a bit planned IMO.

I've only watched the first episode but I am totally sucked in, especially after interviewing the employees of the mental hospital in which she was committed after being with the family for only a few months. 1) the state hospital immediately put her in the adult wing, even they thought she was an adult, and 2) she was propositioning men (patients and staff), at SIX?!

Then the comparison between her and the other 6 year old girl with the same type of dwarfism was the icing on the cake. She wasn't even close to 6. She had all her pubic hair, and was already getting her period by the time she was adopted. She didn't suddenly get her period. I have heard of 9 year olds getting it, but she was supposed to be 6. No way.

Nine and 10 are NOT 6. Not even close.
