Teen Mom OG

Okay did anyone else watch "Being Gary" last week? What is wrong with his mother, honestly?' She is now apparently dating his bio father that had nothing to do with him and claims she won't call it a relationship because he doesn't give her enough sex!!! Wtf?

^^ Gary’s Mom has always been a little off, honestly. Go back to their 16&P episode and there was weird drama where she wanted to bring the attention to herself. Amber’s mom is like that, too.

Why does Amber still have the welcome mat that says “Mr. and Mrs. Baier” on it? Isn’t that Matt’s name?

It IS...I didn't catch that but ewwwww. And how does that make Andrew feel?

I fell asleep watching last night's on the DVR, but watching Catelynn in the car after the dr appt was HARD. Nevermind the safety issues of balancing phone, lighter, cigarette (no hands to drive) but her emotional fragility was heartbreaking.

Mackenzie has a nice body. Ryan looked gross chewing that gum during the wedding. It was terrible how focused he was on getting drunk, and sad how her vows seemed to concentrate on emphasizing how much she loves him in spite of everything.

Amber cannot really put herself aside for Leah's benefit. Poor Andrew -- looked like a lamb being led to slaughter several times during the episode.

All of the conversations about whether Sophia will agree to attend the wedding are getting ridiculous. Whether staged or not, it's borderline emotionally abusive to put a child in the middle of all of it. Deb's crying about Farrah's porn seemed genuine.

The show needs to stop. The damage to all of these people who have been exploited for entertainment purposes is done. I don't care how much money they have made, or what they did or didn't do with it. MTV has profited and we as the viewers have been watching this trainweck (and the other one, Teen Mom 2) for too long! The kids are just getting too old especially to be exploited like this.

I think Butch felt like this was a last resort - this is the fanciest rehab he's ever been to. If this doesn't work, nothing will. So I think he was nervous, not high.

I don't think McKenzie has a nice body at all. You can tell she packs on pounds really easily. I bet in 15 years she'll be super chunky. Pretty sure Ryan was chewing dip, not gum.

Agree about Sophia. She should have been asked once, maybe a second time. That's it. She probably wants to go because Pretty Dress! Party! Fun! but doesn't want to go to be loyal to her mom.

It was chewing tobacco. There was a shot of him taking a pinch out of a small can and placing it inside his lower lip. I don't know how Mac could kiss him without throwing up. It makes me sick just thinking about it.

She's already super chunky. I give it 5 years or less before she's a total whale. I'll also be surprised if they stay married that long. Worst wedding ever!

Is Farrah insane or does she just act out to get as much attention as possible?

"Do not contact occupants" = knock on the door, walk through someone's house unannounced, and then scream and cuss when the realtor gives feedback that you were rude? If the shoe fits lady!

Short answer: Farrah is insane.

Farrah is wrapped up so very tightly into her boundaries. Nothing else matters to her except her own boundaries. She can't reason. It's like her brain is locked up.

As someone who has experienced depression and multiple miscarriages, that was super hard to watch. Hope she is getting better.

It was Tyler breaking down that really got me. I felt so sorry for him. Being married to Catelyn has to be like being a single parent. Of 2 kids. She's so damaged. The very last thing on earth their family needs is to bring another child into that. Nova is already going to be scarred by the experience of her mom being a depressive.

I can't understand why they can't find treatment for her locally and she keeps having to go to these faraway centers. Does Michigan not have any mental health facilities? Why does she have to stay there a whole month? How is that a healthy way to cope, being apart from your young child and your support system for several weeks?

This maybe true but I give her credit for recognizing that she shouldn't have another child.

Because MTV is footing the bill with a facility that is willing to let them film there. I doubt many reputable centers want to expose their patients to a film crew, even if the patients would be blurred out. And she needs to be in a facility for at least several weeks for medication stabilization. I would bet that Catelyn is not compliant with her meds. And she uses weed and claims it helps her, while probably not knowing that weed surpresses her seratonin.

And for Tyler he literally just got back from dropping his father off to rehab for likely 90+ days. He probably feels so alone, and it was clear when his mother had NO clue what was going on as they're driving to the airport, she's not there much to help or provide support.

Yeah his mom is pretty worthless. She's around to give him hugs but she's SO negative all the time. I have a feeling she has some anxiety or emotional problems as well.

In this week's episode MTV cameras were not allowed to film the facility Cate went to.
