I can't understand why they can't find treatment for her locally and she keeps having to go to these faraway centers. Does Michigan not have any mental health facilities? Why does she have to stay there a whole month? How is that a healthy way to cope, being apart from your young child and your support system for several weeks?[/quote]

And for Tyler he literally just got back from dropping his father off to rehab for likely 90+ days.  He probably feels so alone, and it was clear when his mother had NO clue what was going on as they're driving to the airport, she's not there much to help or provide support. [/quote]
Yeah his mom is pretty worthless. She's around to give him hugs but she's SO negative all the time. I have a feeling she has some anxiety or emotional problems as well.[/quote]
