Because MTV is footing the bill with a facility that is willing to let them film there. I doubt many reputable centers want to expose their patients to a film crew, even if the patients would be blurred out. And she needs to be in a facility for at least several weeks for medication stabilization. I would bet that Catelyn is not compliant with her meds. And she uses weed and claims it helps her, while probably not knowing that weed surpresses her seratonin.

In this week's episode MTV cameras were not allowed to film the facility Cate went to.

What about last night's episode?? Maci filming a naked survival show. Why? Publicity? Is Farrah REALLY done filming? Good riddance! Hasn't she left before, though? MTV would take her back in a second if she were willing and MTV thought it would help the ratings. Actually, maybe this is a publicity stunt between Farrah and MTV... I was right there with Tyler's mom when she was basically like WTF?! to Tyler's sister when she said she was ready to get married (to her boyfriend who just got out of jail) and start having kids. Seems like that is the very last thing she needs to do. And Gary, Jody, and Gary's mom. That was actually sad and awkward to watch. The mom didn't really seem to care much, though. Also, why was she wearing a rainbow colored curly hair bow meant for a 1st grader???

I wonder if she knew all along that he wasn't....I think they said he has a felony for failure to pay child support. She couldn't find the other guy; maybe she just went after him for child support because he was there...

I think the bow was actually that plastic ribbon you use to decorate presents. The kind that gets curly when you run a scissor over it.

Jody seems Simple. And there have been many times Gary has said some very heartless and cruel things and laughed them off. Seeing Gary's mom this season, I understand where he gets that from. She seems to have zero emotional depth.

I couldn't figure out why Maci was doing that either. I saw her on the after-show and it seemed like she had an awful time. Why would she leave her two very small children to do that? Isn't the Teen Mom and t-shirt money enough? And Bentley flat out said he didn't want her to go. I wonder if he was uncomfortable being with Taylor (Tyler?) by himself.
