I agree. It doesn’t make sense that he would waste his time with a series of bimbos when he has his two children to parent part-time.

The beauty of co-parenting is 50% of your time is completely your own. Shooting the Manny reboot one day a week? He's got plenty of time.

That is true, but they're treated by the family like objects of mockery, which is not cool. Even if they think it's Kevin that they're ribbing, it only works under the premise that the women are not worthy of consideration.

Kevin’s two “mwage” speech rehearsals in front of the mirror could be at different times. We only see the sink with the women’s toiletries and the rest of the hotel room at the second one.

Will that change by the time we get to the definitive flash-forward at his house, and should we read into the longing looks he gave Sophie at Kate’s wedding?

APTAKER & BERGER: Kevin’s always been our guy who takes one step forward only to take two big steps backwards. And it’s definitely safe to say he backslid a bit romantically after Madison ended things. Obviously, Sophie has held a special place in his heart for decades now. Maybe those were just longing looks they gave each other at Kate’s engagement party or maybe there’s still another chapter of their story to be told.

Kate and Philip might be the fakest-seeming couple I've ever seen on tv. The actor playing Philip tries, but it's just not remotely plausible.

I wish they would have matched Kate with someone more like the old Toby. She still has more chemistry with Toby than Phillip, even at their worst moments. She is so unlikeable. I feel like they had her character moving in the right direction towards some redeemable qualities and then...nope.
