Need to drop 5lbs this week

What’s the best way to drop 5lb by next weekend short of eating nothing at all. I don’t care if it’s all water weight or if it all comes right back, and I’m willing to be very restrictive. I have to be able to drink black coffee though. Need to drop about 5lbs to fit into an outfit and de-bloat for an event. No haters please, I realize this is not a healthy long term option and that it could all come right back next week. Ideas please!

i mean, ive lost 5 pounds in a week when I experienced a trauma and literally did not eat for 4 days. But that, i think, was only possible because in a trauma body you dont get hungry.

Can you work on sculpting down certain body parts? Like, if you just need to waist to fit you can do exercises that stretch your waist and narrow it.

About a month ago I caught some norovirus and had the worst diarrhea of my life. I lost 5lbs in 4 days. Maybe try to go around and see if you can still catch it somewhere? You might be a bit pale for the event but as a weight loss strategy I can attest it is very effective. My husband and son had it too with similar results.

You don't say your start weight. If you're already slender, it will be very difficult.

5lbs seems arbitrary. How do you know you will lose it in a place that will allow you to fit into the dress? I agree with the PP- shapewear / spanx

Yes, salad with protein and no bread or sweets. Drink lots of water and be extra careful about salt on Thursday and Friday.
