Zero carbs. Really, zero.
Black coffee.
Eggs & bacon
Salads with no fruit or croutons, etc.
meat and veg for dinner.
No nuts, no fruit, no dairy. You'll drop the water weight super fast.

There are these wraps that are sold by MLMs. I seriously think the name is It works! or something like that.

You use the wrap for like 30 minutes and it will debloat you.

Watch out I think when you start drinking or eating you might start to expand so maybe wait until after the event or close to the end.

Besides the MLM version I think there are also clinics that offer the same kind of service.

Really, cutting out carbs and nuts would have an instant effect.

No drinking, sugar, snacking, or high sodium foods.

You can do this for a week.

3 day juice cleanse. I was shocked with how flat my tummy was after that. It all came back of course. But if it's for an event, I would do it again.

Cut out all carbs and eat a 1000 cal diet. Drink lots of water until 24 hours before then diurese and dehydrate. Drink a tea that cleans you out to debloat as well. But try it first earlier in the week so you know how it will impact you.
You don’t need to actually lose weight, you just need to detoxify from all sugar and starch and bloating foods, dehydrate and really empty your bowels. And spank.

Be careful drinking at the event though. In that state you will be tipsy after a few sips. Then at the event enjoy yourself!

Just do no carbs, no salt, no alcohol, smooth move tea. It will come back once you eat normally again though

Just be careful at the event. If you're restricting the whole week and then drink like you normally would you will get wasted. Ask me how I know...

OP here. Thanks for all the ideas (and for the concern, but I promise I’m not anorexic, just need to debloat). I’ve been doing veggies and protein only (plus some EVOO and vinegar on salads) since Monday with black coffee and lots of water and I don’t know if I’ve dropped any weight but I already feel less bloated. I was also on my period last week and on vacation for spring break and being pretty gluttonous, so getting past all that should help as well.
