Why isn’t divorce justified if my wife lets herself slide or withholds?

This is not what I signed up for.

You signed up to rape someone at will and control their body? Weird.

Legally you can always divorce her. But socially you know that you signed up for "for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health".

You can actually sue for divorce in some circumstances where it happens. It's called constructive desertion. It's an at-fault filing in VA. Not necessarily easy to prove but it can be done.

How old are your children?

"lets herself slide"?

What would she say about you?

It's wrong to feel entitled to somebody else's body for the sake of your own gratification. Also the reason you wife is "letting herself slide" and "withholding" is because she doesn't want to look cute for or have sex with somebody who feels entitled to her body for his own gratification. You're not treating her like her own person with her own desires, feelings, etc.

As for divorce being justified, I dunno. Depends on how many innocents will be hurt by the divorce.

Why do care if it is justified? If it doesn’t work out it doesn’t work out. Divorce.

What about the forsaking all others part?

Divorce is justified whenever someone doesn't feel like being in the relationship anymore. What a weird question and phrasing

If you’d rather divorce than be with her, go for it. What’s stopping you? Why do you need DCUM to approve it?
Anonymous
I mean, why do you still want to get with her if she's let herself slide? These seem like mutually exclusive problems.

You do you, bro.

You can divorce for any reason. Just go do it and stop complaining.
