I know of a school with multiple covid cases (staff and students). The MCPS dashboard is showing zero for that school.

I would warn parents and staff to check their school covid dashboards and if you've found the same issue that you take anything MCPS says with a grain of salt.

It's clear that the current Central Office is rotten to the core.

Why are you checking the dashboard? Nobody has to report anymore. If you can't handle the germs, online school may be better for you. We are not going to go back to 2020-2022

DP. Did you think at all about pp’s post before firing off your response? If people are not required to report covid cases, then the parents of those multiple cases you know of may not have reported it to MCPS. MCPS can’t add cases they don’t know about to the dashboard.

Yes.

There are only two possibilities. Ether the numbers weren't reported to the school to the CO, or the CO withheld the numbers from the Public. If the numbers weren't reported to the CO (which I find difficult to believe), then the CO will not be able to plan appropriately for substitutes / coverage. If the CO is aware and has a good handle on the situation, then the question is why they would withhold those numbers from the public?

MCPS knows. I'm waiting to see if someone at the CO officially denies it. That would be the proof needed the CO is doing it deliberately.
