Ether the numbers weren't reported to the school to the CO, or the CO withheld the numbers from the Public. If the numbers weren't reported to the CO (which I find difficult to believe), then the CO will not be able to plan appropriately for substitutes / coverage. If the CO is aware and has a good handle on the situation, then the question is why they would withhold those numbers from the public?[/quote] DP. How do you know the cases were reported?[/quote]
