Yes. The date of the information is posted on the dashboard. And it reflects the last seven days worth of data.

https://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/coronavirus/dashboard/

I have both the proof from this website as well as the corroborating statement. Throw shade all you want, but it's true.

Dear lord you have gone round the bend.

Dear lord you are tolerant of a school administration that had a pretty terrible fiasco last January. Calling the National Guard is not around the bend? You need to get your priorities straight.

The dashboard has 326 cases reported in the past seven days. Why do you think MCPS would withhold information about this particular school but not others?

So you have proof that the teachers reported it and that the school reported it to the CO? Email it all the CO ccing the school and see what they say.

The website specifically says that the dashboard only includes cases voluntarily reported through the MCPS COVID-19 Reporting Form and may not include all cases in the school. So if the cases OP knows about were reported a different way, they would not make it into the dashboard and MCPS openly acknowledges this.

Will anything change or will the school do anything different if the cases are reported or not reported? What is the value in reporting COVID cases at this point?

You have no idea when they are updating the dashboard. Right now, it says that the information is "as of 12/13/2022." It's 8:07am. There's no way they have the data from today uploaded there.

OP, what's your goal here? Just gotcha posting, an axe to grind, or do you have some other purpose?

As a parent I have to say I don’t pay any attention to their dashboard or any of that.

My kids going to school.

If they get sick they will stay home a day or two until no fever and then back to school.

The world is back to work, no one has time for worrying about this anymore. If I’m going to work, my kids are going to school.

I would warn parents and staff to check their school covid dashboards and if you've found the same issue that you take anything MCPS says with a grain of salt.

It's clear that the current Central Office is rotten to the core.

Another horrible scandal LOL you do realize these things aren't updated in real-time and your evidence may also be out of date.

In all probability, it's the same poster with their faux MCPS scandal of the day.

+1 Covid now is really no worse than the flu. I get why there was a lot of concern 2020, and early 2021, but it's not as huge of a deal now. I have a lot of criticism for MCPS, but OP's concern is not one of them.

The dashboard is reporting 7 cases in the Central Office itself, which kind of undermines OP's claim of a grand conspiracy.

I'm guessing people aren't reporting to the school, or the school somehow failed to get their report in to the Central Office. Not everything is a scandal - sometimes busy people miss deadlines. It's not great, but it's not a catastrophe.
