MY DS told me that yeterday a large 6th grade boy broke the nose of one teacher and bloodied the face of another. He reports that both women were left crying on the ground.
How do I get more infortion on this? The school wouldn't answer. |
You won't. Another cover up.
As PTAC leadership would say - sit down and shut up parents if you didn't see it with your own eyes! |
If the student had a disability, I doubt that the school is legally able to share any information about the incident with you. |
If the teachers pursue it, there were be a police report and then a lawsuit that will be public. |
They won't share any information regardless of disability. They won't confirm that it happened either. Hope the teachers press charges and sue for an unsafe working environment. |
A lawsuit, police report? For a 6th grader? |
If that 6th grader committed assault leading to injury, sure as heck I'd sue and file a police report. |
You do realize that some of the 6th graders are 15, 16 years old and larger than adults? |
I would file a police report if a 6th grader attacked me and broke my nose. Why wouldn't you? |
I mean, I don't know if it were the case here, but if the student had a significant disability and genuinely could not control the behavior, I would absolutely not. |
I’m sure the pp meant a lawsuit against the employer/acps, not against the sixth grader. |
Wtf? That’s crazy. |
This did not happen and the alleged victim is at school without a broken nose.
Be weary about hearsay and gossip. |
There are no 6th graders that are that age. Stop with the hysterics. |
Also be wary. |
