You are stupid, very stupid.

I notice you have only insults, not an answer. There were plenty of black people Kyle could have shot that night. He only shot white people, specifically white people who had threatened to kill him and attacked him.

So why did he not shoot any minorities and why did he only shoot people after they attacked him?

Answer the question.

White supremacists have killed white people protesting and fighting for for civil rights for centuries.

Rev. James Reeb was best to death in Selma.

What killed James Reeb? When we move from the who to the what, the blame is wide and the responsibility grows.

He was murdered by the irresponsibility of every politician who has moved down the path of demagoguery, who has fed his constituents the stale bread of hatred and the spoiled meat of racism. He was murdered by the brutality of every sheriff and law enforcement agent who practices lawlessness in the name of the law. He was murdered by the timidity of a federal government that can spend millions of dollars a day to keep troops in South Vietnam yet cannot protect the lives of its own citizens seeking constitutional rights. Yes, he was even murdered by the cowardice of every Negro who tacitly accepts the evil system of segregation, who stands on the sidelines in the midst of a mighty struggle for justice.

^^^When you have to go back over 50 years to cite an example, you have failed.

And, what evidence is it that the people shot by Rittenhouse were "fighting for civil rights?" Seems to me they were looking for trouble.

Why were people out protesting that night? What triggered that?

Yes, it’s mind boggling that we are still battling for civil rights 50+ years later. And people are still dying - even some white people.

They weren’t protesting, they were looting and rioting…..common criminals. Read the news once in a while and try to educate yourself.

No, the victims weren’t looting.

People were demonstrating against police brutality. The same police who “deputized” the vigilantes.

I think Rittenhouse was just a kid who got caught up in it. He should be held accountable for taking part, but the real source of all of the bloodshed - the police - should be held accountable.

+1. Are we back to calling this a "mostly" peaceful protest? The fires alone should be an indication that this was an out of control riot filled with bad actors.

So, the third person shot on the stand today as a prosecution witness. So far:

1. He admitted that KR shot him only after he had first pointed his gun at KR.

2. He chased after KR.

3. In an encounter earlier in the night, KR had asked him if needed medical assistance.

DP here. White supremacists have frequently abused, assaulted and even murdered whites who are friendly or supportive of minorities. Just because the victims were white does not say anything about whether the accused is a white supremacist or not.

0. Rotten Kyle asked his mommy to drive him to Wisco so he could make trouble. He didn’t live there, he didn’t own a business there. He just wanted to make trouble.

Yes. Somehow a mob setting fires, rioting, etc, are the good guys in this scenario according to dcum.

Kyle ran away from Rosenbaum after Rosenbaum threatened to kill him and lunged for his gun; a 17 year old chased into a dark area by a convicted sex offender who sodomized boys; Kyle was yelling “friendly” and Rosenbaum was yelling the n word…but Rosenbaum is the good guy.

Then after Kyle defended himself the crowd (mob) attacked him. You don’t need disarming after you use your weapon in self defense. Cops were right there, they could have dealt with Kyle. The guy that got his arm shot by Kyle had a gun and tried to use it on Kyle. Another convicted felon too. All these convicted felons out fighting for justice, right?

The mob setting fires and looting all knew that killing someone is a worse crime. The bomb didn't kill anyone.

We make distinctions between unarmed and armed burglary, because no matter how many fires you set, no matter how many convenience stores you rob, killing a person is worse. The worst crime.

Rosenbaum was a convicted pedo who sodomized boys. Killing him honestly was not the worst crime.

Had Rittenhouse known about Rosenbaum’s pedophilia, he could incorporate it into his defense, but Rittenhouse didn’t know about it, so his charges are the same whether Rosenbaum was a decorated war hero of unimpeachable character or a lowlife scumbag pedophile.

I agree. But Rosenbaum had been tweaking and acting insane all night at that location in full view of everyone present. He was very unstable and was acting erratically. Nobody knew his criminal background; but plainly he was not a good person.

Why was Rosenbaum repeatedly yelling out the “N” word that night?

Rosenbaum is as one of the protesters that night who was later shot by Rittenhouse.

At trial, Rosenbaum’s fiancee, Kariann Swart, disclosed that he was on medication for bipolar disorder and depression but didn’t fill his prescriptions because the local pharmacy was boarded up as a result of the BLM protests — information Rittenhouse’s lawyers could use in their bid to portray Rosenbaum as the aggressor that night.

The judge allowed the defense to elicit testimony about Rosenbaum’s mental illness because prosecutors brought up mention of medication. Had prosecutors not touched on the topic, it is unlikely the judge would have let the defense bring it up.

Earlier, on the day he was shot, Rosenbaum had been released from a Milwaukee mental hospital before traveling to Kenosha for the BLM protest. The jury was told that much, but not why he had been admitted to the hospital — after a suicide attempt.

I stipulate that everything you said is true. What bearing does that have on this trial?
