Haven't decided on whether to upgrade walk-in closets yet, but here is a link where you can see a mock-up and pricing for each of the models:
www.closetselector.com/toll

Select Maryland and click on your model.

Has anyone else upgraded closets or pantry? Anyone familiar with the brand Organized Living?

The design center told me Toll Brothers partners with Organized Living for the closets. Go to https://closetselector.com/singlefamily/toll-maryland/closet-selector/models and select your model. The prices will show automatically based on your selections. I didn't like the choices and plan on doing this ourselves.

We selected LVP for the first floor (Palatine Model); it has a lot of textures and is not too dark. It's the one on the left upper corner (of the shelf for wood flooring) in the Design Studio.

Absolutely not relevant: We choose the silestone charcoal soapstone for our countertops, I’m really excited for it. Everything else will be light/brass. It’s starting to feel so real!

Great choice! The silestone charcoal soapstone looks beautiful! Is it level 6 or 7?

Anyone benefit from using a real estate agent? Any benefit to not using one?

Some agents offer rebate to buyers (to be applied toward closing cost).

I went out to this location, and it seems pretty secluded, in terms of shopping, grocery stores, etc. nearby. Can anyone provide feedback on how far basic destinations are?

Rio/Kentlands are each about 7-10 mins away - easy drive.

Potomac is also close. The primary benefit to this area is the access to green space/trails/farmland/nature and great schools. We use Park Potomac, Downtown Crown, and Kentlands for restaurants and shopping. There are also some great food and shopping gems tucked away in nearby areas you’d never know were there (I.e. original cava!).

In terms of grocery shopping, Trader Joe’s is 5 min down Travilah Rd, Giant and Whole Foods are in the Kentlands.

Thank you! What is Original Cava? Couldn't find it on the map. Any other nearby coffee shops/small strip malls etc. within maybe 5-7 minutes? It's definitely beautiful and want to make sure there are a couple of options...

Original Cava = the original Cava, which is in a tiny strip mall off Traville Gateway. About 10 mins away. There is a good coffee shop there too!

How are people designing their Palatine primary bedroom? I don't like the bathroom in the model house at all. I am thinking something that will make the bathroom feel a little cozier as opposed to the current look which look like a waste of space to me
