The primary benefit to this area is the access to green space/trails/farmland/nature and great schools. We use Park Potomac, Downtown Crown, and Kentlands for restaurants and shopping. There are also some great food and shopping gems tucked away in nearby areas you’d never know were there (I.e. original cava!).[/quote] In terms of grocery shopping, Trader Joe’s is 5 min down Travilah Rd, Giant and Whole Foods are in the Kentlands.[/quote]
