I’m going to guess that it is related to the homeless shelter that is also right next door to the police station.

There has been a series of violent incident at Cathedral Commons that never occurred before in that area.

What's with the circle of private chairs set up by the bike racks on the grass strip across from PIW. Is it some sort of support group ? Can't figure out what the purpose is when there are loads of parks and park benches and picnic tables in the neighborhood.

It doesnt meant that at least one of those involved was not a drug dealer. It just means that they probably were not fighting over drugs.

Anyone giving money to panhandlers there, male or female panhandlers, is insane. I would give to the street sense guy and that's it..there's a new group that has moved in,.younger, that should be finding other things to do with their time than hanging on a corner asking shoppers for handouts .
