A prequel to GoT, HOTD follows the Targaryens hundreds of years before GoT took place.

The trailer looks good. I like Matt Smith in roles like this. Don't know much about the rest of the main cast but if the story is solid, I'll watch. I liked GoT until those last two seasons when Benioff & Weiss ran out of books and just made it up and it was terrible. I could use a really good fantasy show right now. Westworld has actually been pretty good this season but it's never been as immersive as GoT (it's just more cerebral, and there are fewer dramatic battle scenes). I look forward to checking this out. |
