“The crew didn’t show up,” said Peter Belluomini, who grows and packs lemons, mandarins and navel oranges east of Bakersfield, and is in the middle of harvesting all three crops. “Instead of 30 people, there were like five,” said Belluomini, referring to workers hired through a farm labor contractor for his citrus harvest. “The rest were hiding at home.”

The info in this is coming from California Farm Bureau. For those not from an ag background the Farm Bureau has always been the more conservative of farmer organizations--strong ties to the John Birch Society in the 50s. But the Farm Bureau in Kern County, CA says:

The Kern County Farm Bureau stands with and supports our local farmworker community,” Holtermann said. She added that she agreed “criminals do not belong in our community.” But, she said, “those two groups—farmworkers and criminals—are not synonymous. Period.

That's NOT what the Trump administration said today. In the official White House Press Conference, today the new WH Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt had a reporter try to ask her how many of the illegal being deported were criminals. She IMMEDIATELY quite unequivocally shot back with "They are ALL criminals. Every person who crosses the border illegally is a criminal."

That tells me they DO NOT care about "prioritizing the violent illegals" but instead are going after any and all, including the friendly peaceful migrants picking crops at farms, the folks working meat processing plants, the construction and maintenance crews, the restaurant workers, the cleaning crews, the landscapers, and so on.

The Trump supporters who tried to deny it should now be embarrassed.

Shocked they are going after all immigrants. Notice no red state have raids going on. They are no where near the 7,200 a day they need and they are complaining about lack of resources!

This is why sanctuary cities are only sanctuaries for illegal alien criminals.

NEW: ICE Boston announces that this MS-13 gang member they arrested during our embed last week had already been ordered deported from the U.S. in October and was facing local gun charges, but he was released into the community by the East Boston District Court the day before our embed, after the court ignored ICE’s detainer request.

He was also caught and released at the border by the Biden administration in March 2021.

To summarize: An illegal alien MS-13 gang member gets released at the border, has his due process and is ordered deported by a DOJ immigration judge, then gets arrested in Boston on gun & drug charges, where he is protected by sanctuary policy and released onto the streets after ICE’s detainer request is ignored.

MS-13 gang membership, a final order of removal, and firearms charges still did not warrant cooperation with ICE.

When Germany decides it's time to emulate Trump re: deportations and illegal immigration, you know he's doing something right.

On Monday, the newly inaugurated President Trump had signed a series of executive orders addressing the migration crisis. That bold move resonated in Germany. Mr. Merz spent a night weighing his options, then stepped before the press on Thursday morning and delivered remarks unlike anything ever heard from a conservative German leader. He spoke of the “completely unrestrained brutality in Germany” and the “wreckage of a decade-long misguided immigration policy”—a scathing indictment of Angela Merkel’s legacy.

Then came words that party insiders say he never would have uttered without Mr. Trump’s inspiration: “If elected chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, on the first day of my term, I will instruct the Federal Ministry of the Interior, using the chancellor’s directive authority, to permanently control Germany’s borders with all of our neighbors and to categorically reject all attempts at illegal entry.”

Opinion polls confirmed that the risk had paid off. Sixty-six percent of Germans supported his proposal to turn back migrants at the border, including 56% of voters from the center-left Social Democratic Party of Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

Mr. Trump’s method, it seems, has found fertile ground in Germany. Germans have observed his actions with a mix of astonishment and fascination and asked themselves: Is he really as bad as we were told? Mr. Trump’s approach to addressing long-standing issues reshaped his image in Germany.

MY 16 year old DD is scared that her bsf might get deported. They knew each other since they were 5 the mom would baby sit het everyday after school, the only crime they committed is spoiling my dd way too much. They will have to go back for 10 years to get papers is not that easy. I understand if you committed a real crime and found guilty of Felony then yes, deported, but you can't deport everyone who might be here undocumented. What ever happen to what will Regan do? amnesty to nearly 3 million illegal immigrants.

Oh screw that. Every red county MAGA employer of illegals in agriculture, food processing, construction, maid services, hospitality, restaurants, landscaping, warehousing, and so on needs a dime dropped on them. And there are a LOT of them. They asked for it so they need to feel the pain of their decisions. Flood the ICE phone banks and websites.

Why are people still spreading misinformation and fearmongering? They are going after the criminals.

Reagan's amnesty didn't work. Not many of amnestied illegals actually became citizens. They prefer to stay in the shadows and work for cash. Just a few more not-quite-crimes added to illegal entry.
Send them all home, the price of oranges be damned.

Meanwhile here in Fairfax, a typically over dramatic liberal is upset that ICE raided his apartment building today - where an illegal immigrant and her partner, both accused of child abuse, live. Gotta protect those child abusers, right Democrats?

If you thought for a few seconds you would immediately realize the danger of not securing people who are being deported back to a country they may not want to return to. What would happen if even a few of the 88 deportees started to take over the plane, get into the cockpit, or take a federal agent hostage. It's not like they can shoot people charging toward the cockpit on a plane.

The men on the plane were shackled in the rear and women and children, who were not handcuffed, were placed in the front. Under Biden it was standard procedure to shackle men. Biden sent 32 planes with a total of 3660 deportees to Brazil from 2023-2024. The issue was all the mechanical problems and no air-conditioning. Normally it is a 4 hour flight but the plane had mechanical problems and had to stop in Panama and then Manaus. Last time on I flew Spirit I got absolutely nothing during my 4 hour flight.

Social media posts by passengers say that the flight was delayed because of a problem with the air conditioning system and that at least one passenger fainted and required medical attention. There are US Airlines where passengers have been stuck on the tarmac for hours with no water: "Passengers on a United Airlines flight from Newark, New Jersey, to Rome were trapped for more than seven hours on a plane without air conditioning and say they were offered little in the way of food or water during the ordeal. (August 14, 2023).

Here are some Brazilians who have recently been detained by ICE. Would you want to sit next to them unshackled on a plane?

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston arrested Luan Lucas De Sousa Goncalves, 21, Dec. 2, 2024. De Sousa is a Brazilian national who unlawfully entered the United States July 22, 2023, and has been charged with rape and indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14. The Plymouth Police Department arrested him on that charge a day before turning him over to ERO Boston.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston said a Brazilian national was arrested on Dec. 31, 2024 in Fall River for a murder charge in his home country. ICE said the man entered the United States in New York in March 2024 and violated the terms of his admission by failing to depart. Officials in Minas Gerais, Brazil, issued an arrest warrant against the Brazilian national in June 2024

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested a Brazilian national in the country illegally and charged in Massachusetts with several crimes, including attempted murder. ICE said in a press release that 33-year-old Evandro Ribeiro-Rosa was arrested by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston in Worcester District Court Aug. 12. The Worcester Police Department arrested Ribeiro-Rosa July 16 2024 and charged him with attempted murder, stalking, intimidation, kidnapping and two counts of vandalizing property.

Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) announced that Jackson Bento-Pinheiro was apprehended in Wakefield, Massachusetts after illegally entering the U.S. Authorities said the 35-year-old was charged with assault to rape, indecent assault and battery, and domestic assault and battery in Massachusetts.

Bullshit.
Nothing was stopping ICE Boston from deporting the guy. Under Trump, or under Biden.

Reportedly they are prioritizing and targeting blue areas (and this is clearly reflected in the news articles and press releases), and as pointed out above, they aren't coming up with that many actual violent criminals (bit sure, let's deport the hell out of the sweet little abuela who's been working hard to support her family for 20 years but never committed a crime other than coming here), while red areas are getting off scot free because they don't want their donors and their MAGA base to feel any pain.

"The criminals" means EVERY person of questionable status in the US. They are NOT prioritizing gang members or violent criminals, they are just sweeping up EVERYONE they can.

Including US military veterans. https://pix11.com/news/local-news/ice-agents-raid-nj-seafood-store-detaining-u-s-military-veteran/

Including US citizens from Puerto Rico. https://6abc.com/post/owners-puerto-rican-restaurant-philadelphias-port-richmond-section-say-ice-agents-showed-warrant/15848835

White House Press Secretary CONFIRMED it and said they are going after ALL people in the US who crossed the border illegally, overstayed visas, and so on. NO prioritization of violent criminals or gang members, they are ALL in the same bucket. https://www.axios.com/2025/01/28/trump-immigrants-criminals-white-house-briefing

I'm citing the actual White House and actual news reports. You are just citing your own whiny denials. Why are YOU spreading disinformation?
