They are following the law. The law states that illegal aliens, especially criminal aliens, SHALL be detained. The Biden administration did not follow the law.
Yes, but this is a change in policy.
This change deals with illegal immigrants who have been here for more than two years. possibly visa overstays.

I'm not disagreeing with you, but can you provide the statute reference?

Trump recently said "we have 8 trillion, that's a big number, nobody has numbers like that." I have no idea what he was referring to but I know he's been doubting all the investment promises as proof how the US economy is going to benefit.

Pssst… he’s lying

8 U.S. Code § 1226 - Apprehension and detention of aliens

"Shall" only applies to criminal aliens or inadmissible under 8 U.S. Code § 1182, which pertains to crime, terrorism, trafficking, plus required immunizations and the presence of any disorder which threatens the property or safety of the alien themselves or of others.

Was there a judicial warrant to search the property?

Hyundai will get these people the proper visas.

Lmao, the Koreans are going to take this personally and likely not even open the plant(s).

This dumbass maga stunt likely just killed thousands of skilled labor jobs in Georgia. Back to picking peanuts, I guess.

What was Georgia doing to help recruit trained US workers? What kinds of stipulations were there with this project to get tax incentives and what was Georgia doing to make sure those stipulations were met? Was Georgia investing in the right kind of training programs? If part of Trump's pitch is getting companies to invest in manufacturing in the US and they end up without US workers and don't get the help with the H1-B program to ensure the plant at least stays running and contribute to the local and national economy, why all the big talk?

And what about the worst of the worst?

Isn't it refreshing to see a country go to bat for their citizens and try to protect their jobs even when overseas and breaking other countries laws. Amazing. Why doesn't our government do that for us? Why does our government go out of their way to try to replace us? That is the real story. S. Korea, protecting S Korean jobs, America not protecting American jobs.

Supreme Court just legalized racial profiling.

Yay! Now anyone ICE wants to detain can be detained for any reason.

Please start with anyone riding an illegal moped with no license/license plate. They should pull over every single illegal moped rider and ask them for ID. Ship 'em out if not citizens. So sick and tired of the moped crap. The only other places I've ever seen the moped trash like we have now are 3rd world countries and other less developed countries. They have really made the US decline by bringing that culture here, which condones absolute disregard for all traffic laws, licensing, and safety rules. Deport all illegal moped riders asap.

You mean a Democrat appointed district judge decided to stop ICE enforcement, using racial profiling as an excuse, and the Supreme Court said we are going back to the existing policy.

na, too hard. Besides, that is not what the supreme court is allowing Pulling someone over for bad driving is a reason to pull them over and, in the process, check citizenship. They can and will stop every Hispanic looking person they run across. For looking Hispanic.

What a world. Racial profiling is legal! Show your papers.

One in ten people in Los Angeles is an illegal immigrant. They could just stop every crowd and get an illegal immigrant.
What would be the chances if you take someone who looks Hispanic, speaks Spanish or accented English?
Someone at Home Depot looking for work as a landscaper?

Chilling

Chances are under 50%. Most Latinos are documented, many are not even immigrants.

They are just disappearing people. Their families don't even know where they are. It's horrifying.

And what about all those Chinese and African men who illegally crossed the border. Will ICE stop all Chinese and ask for their papers? Black people? Will the only people safe to walk the streets be the Russians, Ukranians, white Hispanics, whoare illegally in the country
