Russia does not want Trump as President, given how he took away their oil revenue. They didn't try invading Ukraine when he was President, probably because of the hits he placed on them in Syria. They were allowed to save face by having the media(Spiegel) say it was Syrian rebels taking out a convoy of mercenaries.

No, they didn't invade Ukraine when Trump was POTUS because Trump didn't support NATO, and so they had no fear of Ukraine joining NATO. Trump wanted to be best buds with Russia. The invasion wasn't about absorbing Ukraine into Russia as much as it was about putting up a barrier between western Europe/NATO and Russia. They didn't need that barrier under Trump. They do under Biden (and would've under Clinton), who aren't gaga over Putin like Trump is.

Yep, the threads of this tangled little Trump-Russia spiderweb continue to amaze. A poster above said, "move on, it's 2023" as if all's been settled (it hasn't) - and in fact it continues to be "drip, drip, drip..."

Sure can't say the same about "BENGHAAAZIIII!" or "But Her Emails!!!" and all the other Republican clown show witch hunts...
