Can tell you haven’t watched Serie A nor this Italian team in a long time |
Italian post here. Opportunistic people like you are a cancer to civics. We got outplayed and outcoached but Mancini has the aura with him this year. Can’t wait to stomp on the soft British c*nts on their own tire. It’s going to be epic. Forza Azzurra!!!! |
Like NASA, he had a number of missions heading that way. Penalty was either Apollo 3 or 4. Their play in the final third, especially from their front line, was absolutely disgraceful. And of course both the fans and Coach (not starting him) did exactly what you cannot do with a player like Morata if you want him to produce his best. The better team won. Spain has been smug for far too long. Maybe this will shake things up a bit there. |
It would have been interesting if Messi had chosen to play for Spain instead of Argentina. Oh what would have been. |
| Purpose and manhood vs. style and nicety. Purpose and manhood wins. Again. Same reason the more talented Belgium and France sides lost. I think England has manhood and style. If they focus on purpose they will win it all. If not ... |
No Belgium lost because de bruyne was still injured, Hazard is a shell of his former self and of course ...Martínez. France lost because the team hates each other. It is not about manhood, it’s about talent and coaching. Which manager would you take if it is England/Italy. |
No, witzel and meunièr let Italy run rampant on a weaker and older Belgian back line and de Bruyne lost his head in the second half of the game and set a very poor mental tone for his team. No, I must agree with the PP - it is about talent (and let’s call coaching “selection” at this level with national teams), but after that, it is a about manhood and unity. What we used to call esprit de corps, which is tres ironique given what happened to Les Bleus. |
Nobody epitomized the absence of purpose and manhood on the Spanish side more than Ferran Torres. Count the number of times he could not retain his balance when challenged, moved slowly to take a pass and lost the ball, rushed passes, or did not take one extra step for a better and bolder shot. I could not believe Enrique waited until the 60th minute to sub him out. Appalling. |
Who hates whom on France? I was sad to see them go out. |
You just responded to a pro-Serie A post with something unlettered enough for me to reply 🤦 |
Hence why you’re illiterate. Italy got lucky Spain lost In penalties. They dominated the game and every aspect of it. They simply lacked a natural clinical finisher. Nothing more nothing less. I’m still putting a $250 bet on Italy because quite frankly the English pirates aren’t winning it despite the clear assistance they’ve been granted at “home” thus far. |
Everyone hates everyone on France, inside the team and out lol |
That’s too bad as there is a boatload of talent there. Maybe Zidane will get fed up with Real and coach the French instead. Of course, he couldn’t get along with Bale ... so not sure he could tame those egos either. |

Pirates pirateering…. What’s new? Did you really think the British bastards were not going to rob and pillage their way thru?
It was so obvious i won 2700$ on a parlay bet (Denmark scores first, Kane scores in the game and England wins) Regardless. Forza Italia this Sunday!!! Nobody born before 1965 has seen the English win anything… let’s keep it that way ragazzi 🇮🇹🍝🍕⚽️ |
| I hate Italy. And I will be rooting for them to win 7-0 on Sunday, because I hate England more. Ridiculous dive gets them into the final and they've had every advantage of home games. Forza Italia. |
