I find it hilarious that you think a cop would make this up. What would be the purpose? Yes, cops do lie at times, but so do white men who have "mental health" issues and dine and dash.

But not as frequently as much as black men. That's what really bothers you isn't it? You want him treated more harshly than a black guy would be simply because he's white guy.

Two big problems (for you) with that:
1.) It makes you a racist
2.) Whites will always get preferential treatment. Deal with it.
