The St. James has been planning to open another 'St. James' in Chicago for some time. I believe they were approved for zoning, etc. but didn't think they had actually started construction on a facility.

The St. James has been planning to open another 'St. James' in Chicago for some time. I believe they were approved for zoning, etc. but didn't think they had actually started construction on a facility.
