Lol. You parents...I tell ya.

Your kids isn’t getting national team recruitment unless she is national team material. I don’t care where they play. And FCV doesn’t have a lock on this. They historically had a lock of being a destination club which allowed the best to flow their way. It’s not hard to look good when the best players flock your way.

What made them a destination? If they are around and in ECNL they’ll still be. Oh and yes there are many parents who truly believe their children are NT material.

They were a destination because FCV and McLean were the only (ECNL) game in town.

It seems very farfetched-FCV is owned by the St. James which is for profit while BRYC is a nonprofit under the larger umbrella of BRYC sports clubs. Perhaps this is an unofficial merger of player pools and coaches? Either way, if happening it has not been made official by the two clubs.

BRYC elit academy is a for-profit. Only the rec side is non-profit.

This would be a good fit. The FCV teams would allow the Bryc teams to be ECNL-2.

In this case FCV will acquire bryc but only the elite academy and is partnering with GameStop to ipo with a mega digital soccer corporation under the stock ticker tsjfcvbrycgmewsb

The people over at the spirit have been putting feelers out on behalf of BRYC to different people about leadership at the club.

With ODSL kaput, BRYC elite now has an opportunity to fully control the pathway to travel under the BRYC brand and finally getting access to the full player pool that rec generates. There are multiple boys' bridge teams now, and most of them have players playing up and many girls bridge teams have similar set-ups. If they could truly consolidate the player pool at age levels they could overnight strengthen the Elite teams by augmenting the best players in the ECNL pool with the best of those two-dozen or so players at each age level scattered across the U14-U16 bridge teams.

But as always it will come down to money.

Did you say the best players in the Ecnl pool? Their Ecnl teams on the boys side are lower ranked and are nowhere near as good as some local to them teams in the NCSL. You think the odsl player pool improves Bryc elite? It only improves the clubs profits. Bruh Team America FCs 2007 boys would crush BRYCs 2007 boys Ecnl.

No, bruh, I didn’t say that I’m intimating quite the contrary. What I’m inferring for you now is currently the boys teams fielded at ECNL or at any level NEVER have the top tier of players on the “top”/ECNL team. That largely is because so many players are scattered among the Bridge teams, many of whom are even playing up an age level. Nearly all Bridge teams began first as ODSL teams before asking Elite if they could switch to NCSL. If there is no ODSL, Elite can simply take full control and say if you want to play travel for BRYC we are doing this the normal way where clubs evaluate the entire player pool and then form the teams and stratify them so that the top players are actually on the ECNL roster.
