As a Veteran, that’s incredibly offensive to me. I share absolutely nothing in common with the people in that video, and it’s really disgusting that you use me and my brothers and sisters to try and elevate the profile of mobs like that, by associating them with people who’ve worn the uniform of this country. You should be ashamed of yourself. |
DP. I don't understand. Are you saying that the GIs in World War II weren't fighting against fascism? |
I’m saying they have absolutely nothing in common with those thugs harassing people eating dinner. And saying they do is a pathetic attempt to bestow credibility or honor on them by associating them with people who fought for this country. If you equate “fascism” with “people I don’t like because of their politics” , then you don’t understand what fascism is. Ironically, the current “anti-fascists” movement is almost a textbook example of actual fascism. With a sprinkle of anarchy and socialism mixed in. |
You don't know much about actual fascism, if you think that. |
My point was that the World War II generation of Soviet, Commonwealth, and US troops were the real anti-fascists. I’m sorry that you misunderstood. |
And I’m guessing you probably feel that anyone who voted for Trump is a nazi. Right? Yeah, we live in two entirely different perceptions. We’re never going to agree. On anything. Sorry. |
PP you're responding to. No, I don't think that anyone who voted for Trump is a Nazi. My family survived actual fascism/actual Nazis. It's nonetheless true that -there are actual (self-identified!) Nazis who supported Trump. -anyone who voted for Trump, at minimum, didn't let Nazis' support for Trump stop them from voting for Trump. -the Anti-Fa are not actual fascists, let alone a textbook example of actual fascism. -the Trump-inspired insurrection is a textbook example of an authoritarian coup attempt. |
Did you let former KKK leader David Duke’s support and endorsement of Joe Biden stop you from voting for him? “Oh no, THAT was different”, right? |
fascists are dining outdoors in DC, a city that votes 95% democratic? Fascinating! |
Biden rejected David Duke's endorsement. Trump called the Nazis very fine people. |
Biden is Old School. He loves old school racist democrats.
|
This exactly!!!! |
Read the fascinating new book, “UNMASKED”. |
|
Biden:
-reminisces about a functional working relationship with colleagues who left the Senate in 1978 and 1981, respectively. -has a vice president who is the first woman, the first Black person, and the first Asian-American person to hold that office -nominates a diverse group of people -explicitly repudiates white supremacy in his inaugural address Trump: refers to literal Nazis marching with torches in 2018 as "very fine people" |
| Um, why did Kamala called Joe a racist? |
