I am so sorry, I feel the same way. But being single is far, far less lonely than married and celibate. It's hard to leave when it means splitting up the family, and my spouse is a good person in every way except sexually. It overshadows all of her good qualities, eventually.

Maybe 50-60 so about the same as always but the quality has gone way up for a few reasons. The first is that with a teen always we’ve been forced to get creative. There were a few sessions in our home gym that I’ll never forget. The other is that because of the confinement of the pandemic we’ve both been working out - a lot. She’s probably doing Orange Theory 5-6 days a week. Our time together has gotten more, athletic? Also, her six pack looks pretty hot!

We were briefly empty nesters early in the year and that was great fun in terms of spontaneity instead of just at night in our bedroom. Then our kids came back from school! We were 3-4 times a week early in the year and then it was down to 1-2. Maybe 80-100 in total.

DP. I love my wife. I never loved AP. Her getting feelings meant she started pressuring me and doing riskier things...wanting to meet in broad daylight, etc. She started getting bitchier too when feelings weren’t reciprocated.

I only wanted variety after 22 years but in love with my wife and sex with wife was good. It was not worth it and I never would do it if I could go back in time.

I don't want to humiliate my wife although I imagine she wouldn't be surprised since we have had a dozen conversations about me being sexually lonely.

I cared about my former AP but didn't love her and it's awkward when they want what you can't give them. Plus, if I divorce I wouldn't date her. I would be single
