Beauty and Fashion
Pretty sure that’s at the Lincoln Memorial last night. |
Was this Spring Valley Barre? I remember hearing from a friend a few years ago that she was a regular there. |
PP. I agree, I am challenging the notion that she’s “one of the most beautiful women in the world”. She’s an accomplished woman and doesn’t need to be a beauty queen. She’s a nicely dressed and groomed woman. |
From this morning's inauguration prayer service. I would like it more if it was a bit shorter, but overall a good look. I like the long pearls. I hope after this she can get a bit of rest and put on some comfortable shoes! I spot a blister bandaid.

| Poor thing, I'm sure she's exhausted and those shoes look uncomfortable. I hope she goes back to wearing boots, she always looks so classy and pulls off a dress and knee high boots so well! |

I love the backstory on her dress. In case others aren’t willing to click the link- it was embroidered with the state flower for all 50 states and the territories. I love that, thanks for sharing! |
| I think Jill Biden’s coat was too fussy. The sparkles plus the velvet lapels plus the dress with the yoke. It might have been lovely in person, but too busy for TV. I really loved her in the purple coat with the tie from the day before. Jewel tones look good on her. |
They both look so tired! I hope they can get some rest!

Are you kidding? Being prez is not a cushy job. It ages everyone who takes it on immeasurably. Look at photos of Obama at the beginning and end of his presidency--he practically looked like a different person. I just hope Biden makes it through his 4 years. |
They both look really old here. |
Agree. Especially top pic. |
settle down, crazy lady.
|
I'm sure they'd had very little sleep in the week prior, and a LOT of stress. It happens. |
NP. What’s crazy about that? It’s a rough job that ages people. |
