Good find! I'm underwhelmed by the interior. It's like it screams "old person" but I can see how some people might really find that beautiful. It looks like Tom's house, but nothing reminds me of Erica.

That's so weird. The dark heavy wood, the antiques, the drapes with cornice boxes, palm tree wallpaper, and roosters in the kitchen. It's all so old-fashioned. It seems like it's the right interior for the role she was playing, but I really can't imagine her loving this. Wherever she lives now looks radically different inside.

I could tell the house was old and in disrepair 3-4 years ago. They fixed those issues and kept the integrity/style.

In those years Erika has changed. No time to change the house, she’s barely there. I don’t feel bad that she abandoned him. He’s used her for over 25 years.

I wonder if the octopus tank is still in the library. She was on Tanked and they made her a special octopus tank in the bookshelf. I wonder if you keep that or have to redo it before resale. Also weird to see the empty closet. Clearly she is 100% moved out already.

Noticed that as well. I’m guessing Tom has moved out but doesn’t need his work shoes at the old folks home. He has to keep up appearances in order to maintain his defense.
