I agree it tastes different - less flavorful


That's probably because they reduced the sodium to be "healthy." Try adding salt. I noticed that my favorite guilty pleasure food didn't taste right the other day and I added salt and voila!

We used to buy Hormel canned turkey chili and make chili Mac. It disappeared from shelves sometime in March or April and now nobody has it. Stores still carry the beef version. Weird.
