As one of the first poster said there is a reason houses zoned for Einstein are amount the cheapest in the DCC. It isn’t because the parents are frugal, it is because most parents don’t want them.

100% 300k difference in similar houses between Einstein Kensington and WJ Kensington. I saw a ring alert about gunshots last night near Einstein. It’s still transitioning. If you’re okay with that, go for it.

Oh please.. there is no more violence there than anywhere else. I'd rather have that $300K to pay cash for college and graduate school.

That’s what all the Einstein homeowners say. But, we know the truth.

The elementary schools are changing rapidly within the cluster.

How are the elementary schools changing?

They aren’t. They blame WH home owners trying to inflate things. This is funny. It’s a sleeper school, keep it a secret. Honey, no one wavy to send their kids there.

About 100 Einstein students apply to College Park each year, and 40-45 are accepted.

All schools should have metal detectors. But, none do. Have you googled your school. All high schools in MC have issues, some far more serious than Einstein.

You’re just trying so hard. Take a break. It’s okay.
